If your garment does not fit exactly as expected, we offer the following solutions:

Alterations Credit: If a local tailor can easily adjust the garment, Ercolini Designs will provide a credit of up to $50 (USD) per order toward the cost of alterations. You must provide a valid receipt from your tailor within 14 days of receiving your item.

Complimentary Remakes: If our master tailors determine that the garment cannot be altered to fit you, we will remake the item from scratch at no additional cost.

Design Accuracy: If the finished product significantly differs from your chosen design (wrong fabric, color, or style features), we will remake the item for you.
2. Policy Conditions
To be eligible for an alteration credit or a remake:

4. Order Cancellations
